Technical Advisory
Finspire employees have been providing technical due diligence reviews of mining assets for financial institutions and mining companies for the past 15 years. Finspire assists our clients in identifying where the key technical risks lie, the consequences of these risks and what potential mitigants may exist to reduce or mitigate these risks whether it be a green fields project development or an existing operating asset. Finspire is experienced in making solid recommendations to their clients in regards to risk mitigants and or appropriate sensitivities, hard adjustments that should be made to the underlying financial cashflow projections in respect to the technical risks identified. If you have already financed the project and it is not performing in-line with expectations then Finspire can also assist in reviewing the assets and then partnering with your institution or corporate management team to proactively develop solutions.
